Pluto — eCommerce Operations Platform
One platform that runs an online store's whole operation: orders, couriers, payments, ads, and customer messages, all connected and kept in sync automatically.

The problem
Online sellers run their business across a mess of disconnected tools: their store in one place, several courier websites in another, ad results somewhere else, and customer messages scattered across WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. Cash-on-delivery reconciliation was a manual, end-of-month spreadsheet chore. Owners spent hours every day switching tabs and copying data by hand, with no single source of truth.
My role
Built the platform that ties all these tools together into one operations hub.
What it does
- One place for orders: the store connects in, and orders flow straight into Pluto.
- All couriers together: book shipments and track delivery across multiple courier services without separate logins.
- Two-way sync: actions taken in Pluto (booking a shipment, updating an order) reflect back in the connected tools automatically.
- Automatic COD reconciliation: cash-on-delivery is tracked continuously, not chased down in spreadsheets.
- Unified inbox: WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram messages in one shared team view.
- Real ad attribution: connect ad spend to the orders it actually generated.
The hard part
Keeping everything in sync in both directions and in real time. When a seller acts in Pluto, it has to update the store and courier instantly, and when something changes on their side, Pluto has to reflect it back. Making that two-way flow reliable across several outside services, each with its own rules and limits, took careful, detailed work.
Outcome
A single operations platform that replaces five or more disconnected tools: sellers manage orders, shipping, payments, ads, and customer conversations from one place, with everything staying in sync automatically instead of being stitched together by hand.
