Parking Permit & Enforcement Platform
A web dashboard and mobile app that manage parking end to end: residents handle their own permits and guest passes, while attendants patrol, check vehicles, and issue fines on the spot.

The problem
Managing parking across residential areas meant juggling paper permits, manual checks, and no easy way to tell who was allowed to park where. Residents had no simple way to manage their own permits or invite guests, and attendants on the ground had no quick way to check a vehicle and issue a fine if it wasn't allowed.
My role
Built the full platform: the operator web dashboard, and the mobile app for both residents and parking attendants.
What it does
- Residents self-serve: add vehicles, manage permits, invite guests with guest passes, and pay and renew online.
- Attendants enforce on the ground: scan a number plate, instantly check if the vehicle is allowed, and issue a fine with a printed ticket right there.
- Operators stay in control: a dashboard to manage areas, fees, attendants, permits, violations, and disputes.
- Permits stay current: the system tracks what's active, expiring soon, or expired.
- Disputes handled: residents can challenge a fine, and operators can review and resolve it.
The hard part
Making enforcement fast and reliable in the field: an attendant needs to scan a plate and know in seconds whether it's a valid permit, an expiring one, or a violation, then print a ticket on the spot. Getting that live check, the permit rules, and on-device printing to work smoothly together took careful, detailed work.
Outcome
A live platform that replaces paper permits and manual checks with one connected system: residents manage their own parking and guests from their phone, attendants check and fine vehicles instantly on patrol, and operators oversee everything from a single dashboard.
